Renovation Testimonials
In January 2007 we started brainstorming about what we should do to upgrade our home. By late August/early September we knew there were some things that had to be done, we had also catalogued some things we'd like to do. There was a contractor doing some renovations in our area, we talked to them about coming to our place and helping us decide what should be done and what would make sense economically and appearance wise to our home. That contractor never showed up.
In total frustration we checked out the yellow pages and one interesting ad that said they had a web page caught our attention.
We sent Damarco Restoration an e-mail asking them to drop by and discuss our proposed changes. Within a few days their estimator came by our house and discussed with us the items that were high on our priority list. We had a quotation for the work within a few days. Then the owner of Damarco dropped by to review the quote with us and go over the need to do items versus the want to do items. After a short negotiation with the owner we agreed to the work and to the price.
The next day a group of workers arrived at our place and commenced with the preparatory work. We were pleasantly surprised at how fast Damarco assigned workers to our project. The neighbours were equally surprised at the worker mobilization and the amount of work that was done on the first day and subsequent days.
The work included renovations on the outside and inside. The transitions between the mini-projects were smooth, such as going from tearing down a bunch of outdated brick and replacing it with modern stone. Equally as smooth was the repair / replacement of cedar siding and the exterior painting.
The tradesmen assigned to the project were excellent as their work showed and when they were done there was no mess. All the garbage from the renovations was put in a trailer and hauled away.
The quality of work exceeded our expectations. The project for all intents and purposes was on schedule and within budget. One of the things that gave us confidence that Damarco cared about the success of the project was that the owner of Damarco showed up almost on a daily basis to check the progress and work quality and talk to us about how we felt about the job.
We would strongly recommend Damarco for your home projects.

Thank you Damarco for the wonderful job you did in regards to our basement development. We continueously get compliments from friends and family. The bath tile looks amazing as does the new flooring. We appreciate the extra time you took to make sure everything was done perfectly as you must of guessed that I am somewhat of a perfectionist!
